I was hoping the mobile app would let me handle alerts or check dashboards on the go. But honestly, I can only see a few basic notifications and maybe a status light. 😕
Am I missing something? I can't do any real admin tasks from my phone. How do other admins use it? Is it just for read-only info?

I'm with you. It feels like the app is just a notification relay that barely works. I've tried to at least acknowledge an alert from my phone and couldn't even do that. Basically a glorified status light like you said.
Do you think they'll ever add a way to at least snooze or escalate an alert from the app? Or is the whole point to just push us back to desktop?
