Hot take: The compliance reporting is strong, but customization is weak.

Used Cloud One for a year. My assessment is right in the title.

The compliance reporting is indeed its strongest card. The pre-built templates for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc., are useful. Gets you audit-ready faster. The data is clear and presentable.

Where it falls apart is when you need to tailor things.
* Alert logic is rigid. Hard to create custom thresholds based on our specific app behavior.
* Reporting filters feel basic. Can't drill down or combine data points the way we need.
* Integration with our internal ticketing required more custom scripting than advertised.

You're paying a premium. For that, you should get flexibility. You don't. You get a well-built box that's hard to modify.
