Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to the enterprise security space and just finished rolling out Trend Micro Cloud One across our infrastructure. We've got about 1000 endpoints (mix of AWS EC2, some containers, and a few on-prem servers).

The deployment itself was... a lot. The console is powerful but there are so many modules and settings. I'm hoping some of you who've been through this can help me understand what we might have missed or done the hard way.

Our main goal was workload security and getting visibility. The automated agent deployment via AWS Systems Manager worked okay for the cloud instances, but we hit some snags with our older on-prem Linux servers. Permissions kept failing even though we thought we followed the docs. 😅

I'd really appreciate it if anyone could share their own deployment stories, especially at scale. What were the biggest pitfalls you ran into? Was there a specific configuration step that tripped you up? Or a best practice you wish you'd known from day one? I'm trying to make sure our setup is solid before we fully rely on it.

Also, now that it's deployed, I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the alerts and findings. Any tips on tuning the policies initially to reduce noise without missing real threats?
