Hi everyone. I work for a small nonprofit that just launched a basic SaaS tool for other charities. It handles volunteer scheduling and donor data.
Our CTO mentioned we should look at "threat intelligence." I've only worked with basic CRM security. For a small team with limited budget, where do you even begin? I see lists of IP feeds and mentions of "indicators," but it's overwhelming.
Is there a practical first step? We use a cloud provider and a basic WAF. I'm trying to understand what we should actually be monitoring for.
