Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up a simple VPN for our small startup. We're fully remote and just need to securely connect our five engineers to a few cloud servers for development work.

We're on a very tight budget and I'm looking at Tailscale's free tier versus Pritunl (which seems to be self-hosted/open source). My main concerns are ease of setup and low maintenance. I have basic Linux and Docker skills, but not much networking experience.

Could anyone share their experiences with either for a small team? I'm especially curious about reliability and any hidden costs with Pritunl (like server costs). Thanks so much for any guidance you can offer!
