I'm looking into using Sprinto to manage our vendor security reviews. The built-in stuff is okay, but we have a specific set of questions we need to ask every time, based on our internal policy.
Can anyone walk me through creating a custom questionnaire from scratch? I'm especially fuzzy on mapping the answers back to controls. Do I need to create a custom control for each question, or is there a faster way? Just trying to avoid doing everything manually in a spreadsheet.
