Hi everyone. I'm helping my team evaluate endpoint protection for our healthcare org. We have around 200 Windows endpoints, a mix of clinical workstations and admin machines.
We've narrowed it down to Sophos Intercept X and CrowdStrike Falcon. I've read the spec sheets, but I'm looking for real-world feedback. For a regulated environment like ours, which one is less disruptive to daily workflows? Also, how is the management overhead for a small IT team? Any gotchas with either in healthcare specifically? Thanks for any insights 😊
