Am I the only one who gets lost in the security services menus?

I've been working with SonicWall firewalls for a few years now, primarily managing them for our SaaS product's internal network. While I appreciate the depth of security features, I consistently find the navigation and structure of the security services menus to be a significant pain point.

It feels like related settings are scattered across different logical sections. For instance, when I need to adjust a policy that involves content filtering, application control, and geo-IP, I'm often jumping between multiple top-level menus and submenus that feel disconnected. The terminology can also shift between the appliance interface and the cloud analyzer.

From a UX perspective, this creates a real cognitive load and increases the chance of misconfiguration. I'm curious if others share this experience. Have you developed a personal mental map or workflow to navigate this more efficiently? I'm particularly interested in how those of you who manage multiple appliances handle this.
