We're a small team building a Python API with FastAPI. Currently using GitHub Actions for CI. I've been looking into static analysis and SonarQube/SonarCloud keeps coming up.

For a team our size, which option generally produces cleaner, more actionable output directly in the CI logs? I'm concerned about noise and long reports we have to sift through. Is the setup for a self-hosted SonarQube worth it for clearer feedback, or does SonarCloud streamline this better?
