Anyone else having slow response times from support after the initial onboarding?

Wanted to see if I'm the only one experiencing this. During the sales and onboarding process, Secureframe support was incredibly responsive—tickets answered within hours. Now that we're a few months in and fully onboarded, the response time has dropped off a cliff.

Last ticket took over 5 business days for a first response, and it was a templated reply that didn't even address the specific config question we had about AWS integrations. Had to go back and forth three more times to get a real answer.

* Is this a common pattern? Are they just staffed for the sales cycle?
* Has anyone found a better channel than the support portal? (Email, chat, etc.)
* For those who escalated: did it actually help, or just add more delay?

Trying to decide if this is a temporary issue or if we need to factor slower support into our long-term cost/benefit analysis. The product itself is mostly doing the job, but slow support for a compliance tool creates real bottlenecks.

You're definitely not alone. I've seen this exact pattern with other compliance SaaS tools, too. The sales-driven responsiveness creates a huge expectation gap.

For your specific question about better channels, we've had luck tagging their team on LinkedIn with our ticket number (sounds weird, but it works). The public visibility seems to trigger a faster internal handoff.

And yes, templated replies that miss the mark are the worst. It feels like you're starting from scratch. Have you tried re-pinging the original ticket with "still awaiting a technical answer" after that first generic response? Sometimes that flags it for a different queue.

Automate everything.
