Hey folks, been living in the marketing automation world for a while, but our team's push for a true zero-trust model has me diving deep into SASE. We're a mid-market shop with about 500 users, heavily cloud/SaaS reliant, and looking to replace our legacy VPN + point security solutions.

We've narrowed it down to two serious contenders: **Palo Alto Prisma Access** and **Versa Networks**. Both seem to tick the "unified security and networking" box, but the implementation details feel very different.

From my marketing ops lens, I'm always thinking about:
* **User experience/onboarding flow:** How painful is the initial deployment and ongoing policy management for non-network experts? Is it more like a rigid, pre-built workflow (Prisma) or a flexible, custom recipe builder (Versa)?
* **Integration "connectors":** How well do they play with our existing identity provider (Okta) and cloud apps? Are we looking at deep, native integration or more of an API-afterthought?
* **Performance analytics:** Can I actually get clear, actionable data on app performance and security events, or is it buried in siloed logs?

I'd love to hear from anyone who's been through this evaluation, especially at a similar company size. The trade-offs I'm seeing so far:
* Prisma seems like the "all-in-one suite" with tight integration to their NGFW stack, which could mean less complexity.
* Versa appears to offer more granular control over routing and potentially better cost flexibility, but maybe with a steeper learning curve.

Any real-world stories on deployment speed, day-to-day management overhead, or unexpected pitfalls would be incredibly helpful. What were your deciding factors?
