We're a small SaaS shop moving to a hybrid model. I've been told we need a "modern" security stack, and Palo Alto's name comes up a lot. But their Prisma SASE suite seems complex for our team.
I keep seeing Perimeter 81 mentioned as a simpler, cloud-native alternative. For a 100-user company with basic web app and AWS access needs, could it actually cover the core SASE/SSE requirements? I'm mainly thinking about:
- Secure web gateway
- Cloud firewall
- Zero-trust network access for our private apps
- Maybe some basic SaaS security
Is the trade-off in advanced features vs ease of management worth it at our scale?
