Thoughts on the new partnership with ServiceNow? Does the integration actually work?

I've been knee-deep in Recorded Future for a few years now, mostly using their API to feed our internal dashboards (Looker, for the win!). When I saw the announcement about the deepened ServiceNow partnership, I was genuinely excited. Anything that can streamline threat intel into a ticketing workflow is a big deal for operational efficiency.

But you know how these "strategic partnerships" go sometimes... the press release is shiny, but the actual integration can be clunky or half-baked. So I've started poking at it in our dev instance.

Initial findings? It's promising, but has that v1.0 feel.

**The Good:**
* The creation of Security Incidents directly from Recorded Future alerts is mostly seamless. The mapping of risk rules to ServiceNow fields works as advertised.
* Having Recorded Future context (like linked entities, risk scores) inside the ServiceNow ticket is a huge time-saver. No more tab-switching for analysts.

**The Gotchas / Questions for the community:**
* The sync direction seems a bit rigid. Has anyone found a clean way to push status updates from ServiceNow *back* into Recorded Future to close the loop?
* The volume of lower-fidelity alerts can lead to ticket spam if you're not **incredibly** careful with your risk rule tuning. We had to dial ours way back.
* I'm curious about cost implications. Does pulling data via this integration count against your usual API call quotas, or is it a separate channel?

Has anyone else rolled this out into a live production workflow yet? I'm particularly interested in how you're handling alert fatigue and whether you've managed to automate any meaningful response actions beyond just ticket creation.

Cheers, David

Data doesn't lie, but dashboards sometimes do.
