Everyone talks about the real-time intel and APIs. But let's be honest: the core platform is expensive and the alerting can be noisy.
I find myself logging in maybe once a week, just to grab the latest finished research report. The deep-dives on threat actors or campaigns are solid. The rest feels like I'm paying a premium for a firehose I have to build my own filters for. Am I the only one using it this way? Feels like the reports are the real product and the platform is the upsell.
