My first month with Prisma Cloud. The bill was 40% over the projected cost. No fancy feature misuse, just left it running with default settings.
The pricing model is per asset-hour. Spinning up a dev scan for a week, plus the normal production inventory, adds up fast. The console doesn't scream at you about cost. You have to configure the budget alerts yourself, buried in the settings. Assume nothing. Set those alerts on day one.
