Hey everyone, hoping for some guidance here. 😅 I'm currently helping my team evaluate identity providers, and we're trying to look beyond the two giants everyone mentions.

Our situation:
* We're a mid-market SaaS company, about 300 employees.
* Our main needs are SSO for our internal tools (like Snowflake, Looker, our own app), some basic lifecycle management, and maybe MFA.
* We've looked at Ping Identity, but some early reviews make it seem like it might be overkill for our scale and budget? The pricing conversations got complex really fast.

We definitely want to avoid getting locked into the massive ecosystems of Okta or Azure AD (we're not a Microsoft shop at all). But finding clear info on the next tier of alternatives is tough.

Could anyone share experiences with other players? I'm especially curious about:
* **OneLogin** – Heard mixed things about their support post-acquisition.
* **JumpCloud** – Seems more IT-focused, but how is it for app SSO?
* **FusionAuth** or **Keycloak** (self-hosted/open source) – Is the maintenance overhead insane for a team without dedicated security engineers?
* Any other names we should be putting on our list?

Really, any concrete pros/cons you've lived through would be a lifesaver. I keep hitting analysis paralysis trying to compare feature lists that all look the same. Our main goal is something reliable that doesn't require a full-time admin to manage.

Thanks in advance for any pointers!
