I've been going through their website and the sign-up flow looks straightforward, but I've been burned before by cloud services that have simple pricing upfront, then surprise you with extra charges. 😅
Could anyone share their experience with the actual sign-up and initial setup? Specifically:
- Are there any costs during the free trial that aren't obvious?
- Once you move past the trial, what usually ends up adding to the bill besides the per-user fee? Things like data transfer, certain features, or support tiers?
- Is the onboarding process smooth for someone who isn't a full-time network admin?
