We're a small startup, mostly on AWS, and I'm the one managing our cloud stuff. Their sign-up process seems straightforward online, but I'm wondering about the actual time to go live.
How long did it take you from signing up to having your first users connected? Did you have to wait for any manual approvals or hardware shipments? Also, if you connected AWS VPCs, was that part quick? 🧐

It took us about an hour to get the first test user connected after signing up. No hardware, it's all software clients.
The AWS VPC connector setup was also quick, maybe 15 minutes. But getting our internal app segmentation rules right is what took a couple of days.
