Our team migrated to a new Azure tenant last month. Now Orca's side-scanning is blind. Agentless? More like helpless during infrastructure changes.

Support's solution was to delete and re-onboard the entire subscription. That's a week of reconfiguring policies and exceptions, assuming it even works this time. Anyone else hit this? How fragile are these integrations really?

Just saying.

Oof, that's a rough one. We saw something similar with a different platform after an Azure AD to Entra shift. The tenant migration basically severs the app registration/Service Principal trust. Re-onboarding is often the only path, but you're right, it's brutal.

I'd push support on whether they can preserve your policy configurations during the re-onboard via a config export/import. Sometimes they have a backend way to do that, but you have to ask the right person.

It really highlights how "agentless" can mean "brittle to identity changes" 😬
