Hey everyone 👋 Been lurking for a bit but wanted to share my team's experience. We rolled out Okta about six months ago to tackle our app sprawl and the constant password reset tickets.
Before Okta, our helpdesk was flooded. Seriously, maybe 30% of their tickets were just access issues. We connected Okta to our core apps (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, a few others) and enforced SSO. The drop was almost immediate. We're now at a consistent 40% reduction in those tickets. The big win for me, as a marketing ops person, was getting clean user provisioning into Salesforce and our marketing automation platform. Fewer access errors means cleaner data for scoring leads.
Anyone else see a similar impact on their support volume? Curious about the long-term maintenance, too.
