We're starting a project to isolate our PCI-compliant systems using a dedicated Netskope tenant. The goal is to have a clean separation from our general corporate traffic for both auditing and security.
I'm looking for any lessons from those who've done this. Specifically:
- How did you handle user authentication across tenants?
- Were there any unexpected issues with steering traffic to the correct tenant?
- Any gotchas with policy migration or the initial setup?
Our team uses Salesforce heavily, and some of that data falls under PCI, so we're paying special attention to those SaaS instances.
