Hi everyone. I'm new to cloud security stuff, but our team just started using Lacework for monitoring.
Our compliance officer reviewed their SOC 2 report and says the format isn't acceptable for our audit. They said it's missing some specific details or isn't structured the way our auditors expect? I'm not sure of the exact issue.
Has anyone else run into this? What did you do? Is there a different document from Lacework we should ask for, or a way to get the report in a different format? Feeling a bit lost with all this 😅
