Looking for alternatives to JumpCloud. Small team, under 50 users. Need directory, SSO, and device management for macOS and Windows.

Okta and Azure AD are too expensive and complex for our scale. Must have clear, per-user pricing. Prefer annual billing with a visible discount. What are you using? I'm reviewing Rippling and OneLogin but need real feedback on support SLAs and contract lock-in.
