I've been reading about Xray's reporting for a while. My team wanted a clearer view of our remediation speed, so we built a simple internal dashboard.

It pulls data from Xray's API to track the 'mean time to fix' for security vulnerabilities. We segment it by severity and component. Seeing the numbers weekly has helped us prioritize. Has anyone else built custom tracking for Xray metrics? I'm curious about what others measure.
