We’ve set up iboss to ingest HubSpot webhook events, but it's ignoring our custom contact properties. The standard fields (email, firstname) come through fine.
Our setup:
* Webhook configured in HubSpot to fire on contact creation/update.
* Payload includes custom fields like `custom_utm_source`.
* iboss connector is using the default "HubSpot" template.
* Logs show the event is received, but those custom fields are missing in the iboss portal.
Has anyone mapped custom HubSpot properties successfully? What’s the actual ROI of troubleshooting this versus using a middleware transform?
