Key questions for anyone running it at this scale:
* What's the real-world latency impact on user traffic, especially for SaaS apps?
* How accurate/manageable are the default DLP and threat policies? Are you constantly tuning to avoid false positives?
* Total cost breakdown beyond the license. How much did professional services, setup, and ongoing management add?
* Any major gaps compared to traditional proxies or other cloud vendors like Zscaler?
I have no time for vendor slide decks. What's the actual operational experience?
