Comparing Entro and Glide: which is better for a multicloud environment?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this IAM/PAM stuff and feeling a bit overwhelmed 😅.

My team is using AWS and Azure, and we're looking for a way to manage secrets and access across both. Entro and Glide keep coming up, but I'm not sure which one handles a multicloud setup better.

Could someone explain the main differences in simple terms? I'm especially curious about how easy they are to set up and if they help with things like emergency access.
