I'm buried in security questionnaires. Our sales team gets them daily, and the current process is a mess: a shared spreadsheet, a dozen different "owners" scattered across engineering, infosec, and legal, and zero version control. It takes weeks to get a complete response, and half the answers are outdated.
I've been pitched Hyperproof's demo. It looks slick. But before I drag my team into another platform trial, I need to cut through the marketing. I want to start with **one concrete use case**: streamlining the initial intake and assignment of a simple security questionnaire (like a SIG Lite).
For those using Hyperproof:
* What does the actual setup look like for this? Are we talking about building a custom "app" or is there a templated workflow?
* How do you structure the intake? Do you integrate it with the CRM (Salesforce) to trigger from an Opportunity stage?
* Most importantly, how do you handle the **routing**? If question 1-10 are for Infosec, 11-20 for Engineering, etc., can Hyperproof actually parse that and auto-assign tasks, or is that just another manual step I'm setting up?
I don't need another dashboard. I need a system that takes a questionnaire, breaks it apart, kicks tasks to the right people, and lets me track the whole thing without 50 emails. Can Hyperproof do that out of the box, or is it just a fancy document store with a lot of configuration debt?
- No fluff.
