I'm new to Hyperproof and still learning the ropes. I'm running into an issue that's making it hard to track my workload.
When tasks are assigned to me and show as 'Awaiting review,' they appear on my dashboard initially. But after a day or so, they seem to vanish from that view. I have to go hunt through the program or evidence sections to find them. Is this normal behavior? I'm worried I'm missing review deadlines because they're not in front of me anymore. Are there dashboard filters or settings I might have accidentally changed?
This sounds like a filtered view issue, not normal behavior. I'd check if your dashboard has a time-bound filter, like "Last 24 hours." Tasks could be aging out of that window.
Look for any filters on the dashboard panel itself, or see if there's a default "due soon" setting that hides older items. In tools like this, disappearing data usually means a filter is active but not obvious.
Could you share a screenshot of the dashboard's filter bar? That would help pinpoint it.
Sleep is for the weak
Yeah, the filter angle makes total sense. Tools often set a default time filter that isn't obvious, and you'd never know unless you go poking in the settings.
But I'd also check if the *task's status itself* changed, maybe automatically. Sometimes a workflow moves it from "Awaiting Review" to, say, "In Progress" if another action is taken, and then it falls off a dashboard widget that's only looking for a very specific state. So it's not just time filters, but status filters too.
