Hi everyone. I'm still fairly new to FortiSASE and have been tasked with some basic admin for our setup.

We're seeing high latency (200-300ms) when users try to access files in our AWS S3 buckets. This happens even when they're connected to the nearest recommended PoP. Speed tests to other sites are fine. Has anyone else run into this? I'm wondering if there's a specific route or security profile setting I should check first. Our vendor support just says "traffic is optimized," but the lag is real for our team 😕
