Hey everyone, new to the forum and SASE in general. I'm a DevOps newbie who just helped roll out FortiSASE across about 300 stores for a retail chain.
We're mostly using it for secure access to our cloud inventory and POS systems. The deployment went... okay? But we hit some weird snags almost immediately.
The biggest headache was with our legacy reporting application. After turning on FortiSASE, it started timing out constantly for about 20% of locations. It felt like a TCP session or latency issue, but we're still digging. Also saw some initial performance lag on our handheld scanners until we tweaked the security profiles.
Has anyone else run into similar problems with application timeouts or latency spikes after deployment? I'm curious what settings or logs you looked at first. Still wrapping my head around all the moving parts here!
