Easy? Sure, if you enjoy clicking through a dozen pages of marketing upsells before you can even see a price.
Tried it last week. You need an account just to get a trial license key. The sign-up flow asks for your company size, industry, use case... then tries to book a sales call. Finally got a VM license after digging through the support portal. The config for a basic WAN/LAN setup isn't hard, but the initial gatekeeping is pure friction.
For a small business, you're better off with a pfSense box or a Ubiquiti gateway. They hand you the ISO and say good luck. Fortinet wants a relationship.
If it ain't broke, don't 'upgrade' it.
