I know I might be in the minority here, but after spending a few weeks with the latest version, I have to say the UI redesign has me a bit frustrated. It feels like it's prioritizing a certain aesthetic over the dense, information-rich workflows that made the previous version so efficient for analysts.
The core issue for me is the increased number of clicks and scrolls to get to the same data. For example, drilling down into a specific user's timeline or pivoting between entities felt almost frictionless before. Now, there's more whitespace and larger fonts, which is nice for a demo, but it pushes critical context and action buttons further apart in my daily view. The visual hierarchy seems off, making it harder to quickly scan a case or dashboard.
I'm genuinely excited about the new backend features they've shipped, and the API documentation for them is fantastic. But this UI feels like a step back in usability for the people who live in the console all day. I'm curious if other long-time users are feeling the same, or if I just need more time to adjust my muscle memory.
