Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to DevOps, coming from a sysadmin background, and I'm trying to learn about the security side of things.
My company (big global manufacturing) is starting a project to compare EDR solutions. The shortlist seems to be Carbon Black and CrowdStrike. I'd love to hear from folks who have experience with either, especially at scale. What should we be looking at beyond the basic feature lists? Things like agent resource footprint on our Linux machines, or how well the APIs play with our (mostly homegrown) deployment and monitoring tools. Any gotchas? 🙏
