Unpopular opinion: Their sales team oversold the 'set and forget' aspect

I've been using Drata for about 6 months now, and I feel like I was sold a bit of a dream during the demo.

The rep kept calling it a "set and forget" solution for compliance. But in reality, I'm still spending hours every week managing evidence collection and chasing people for tasks. The automation is there, but it's not as seamless as I expected. It feels more like a fancy tracker than an automator, at least for our use case.

Has anyone else felt this way? Maybe I'm just configuring things wrong for our marketing tech stack (we use Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). I'm still glad we have it, but the initial pitch set my expectations way too high 😅
