Concrete numbers: Delinea increased our patching time by 15%

We migrated to Delinea PAM last quarter. Goal was to consolidate vaults and improve workflow. Post-migration audit shows a clear efficiency drop in our standard server patching workflow.

Our old process (using a different vendor) for a standard patch batch took ~45 minutes of privileged access workflow time. With Delinea, the same process now averages ~52 minutes. That's a 15% increase. Breakdown of added time:

* Connection broker latency: +3 minutes
* Additional approval hop for certain OS types: +2 minutes
* Session recording overhead impacting script execution: +2 minutes

We're now auditing if our policy setup is suboptimal or if this is inherent to the platform. Looking for data points from others.
