Hi everyone. I'm evaluating Cybereason among a few other EDR options for our company. We're a mid-sized marketing team, so my focus is on clear reporting and keeping costs predictable.

While testing the trial, I noticed I kept needing to check sensor status across our test machines manually. I put together a simple PowerShell script to pull that data into a spreadsheet. It uses the API to get sensor health and outputs a CSV. I'm sure it's basic compared to what's possible, but it helped me see gaps quickly.

My question: is this a common need, or does the platform have built-in reporting that makes this redundant? I'm still learning the product, so I don't want to over-engineer a solution if there's a better way already inside Cybereason. Also, does anyone have experience with how the sensor health data correlates to actual detection coverage? I'm trying to understand the real-world impact of a sensor showing as "degraded."
