I’m a recent career switcher, just starting with monitoring and security tools. My new role involves helping a retail chain manage security for about 5000 endpoints (registers, back office, some on-site servers). We’re evaluating XDR solutions and Cybereason is on the list.
I'm more familiar with Grafana dashboards than EDR consoles! For those using Cybereason, can you share your real-world experience?
* How is the agent overhead on older systems? Some of our registers are lightweight.
* Does it play nice with other tools? We have a basic Prometheus setup for infra, and I’d love to correlate data if possible.
* What’s the operational feel like for a small, new team?
