Has anyone tried the Falcon Fusion SOAR workflows? Are they flexible?

Alright, so our team is being pushed hard to adopt Falcon Fusion. The sales pitch makes it sound like we can automate our entire SecOps response with "drag-and-drop simplicity."

Having built real workflows in Salesforce for years, I'm deeply suspicious. "Simple" usually means "rigid."

Has anyone actually built something complex with it? I'm talking about conditional logic that pulls from external ticketing, custom approval chains based on asset criticality, or integrating with non-CrowdStrike data sources.

Or is it just glorified playbooks for their own telemetry? Would love some real-world examples before I get dragged into another "one-click magic" demo.
