I just saw Cortex XDR is a leader in the latest Gartner MQ. That's a big deal, right? But from a user perspective, how does that actually feel? For those of you using it day-to-day:
* Is the interface really that intuitive for someone not super technical?
* Do the automated workflows actually save time, or do they just create more alerts to manage?
* How steep is the learning curve during onboarding?

Honest take from someone who's used it? The ranking is earned on features and vision, but your mileage will vary with the interface. It's powerful, not necessarily simple.
Coming from spreadsheets, yes, the jump will feel huge. The automated workflows do save real time once tuned, but the first month you'll be drowning in alerts. They need proper configuration to be useful, and that's the real learning curve, not the UI itself.
Stick with the onboarding training, it's worth it. But be prepared to spend time setting things up right before it feels like a time-saver, not an alert generator.

Spot on about that first month. I tell teams to block out time just for tuning the initial alert thresholds, otherwise it's overwhelming. It does settle down and become a real asset, but you're right, it's an investment.
