Am I the only one who finds the incident interface cluttered?

The Cortex XDR incident console is a usability nightmare. Too many panels, nested tabs, and redundant action buttons. It's visually noisy and slows down triage.

Key pain points:
* Critical alerts buried in "Related Alerts" widget
* Too many click paths to perform a simple containment
* Timeline view is separate, forcing constant tab switching

For a premium EDR, the interface should get out of the way. Compared to CrowdStrike or Microsoft, the operational overhead is higher. Has anyone found a way to streamline or customize this?

I feel you on the clutter. It's like they tried to expose every single API endpoint directly in the UI, which backfires for quick actions.

One thing that helped a bit on our end was using the Cortex XDR API directly for common workflows. We built a simple internal dashboard with just the fields we need and one-click containment buttons. It bypasses the console noise entirely. The API is actually pretty good, ironically.

That said, it's extra work that shouldn't be necessary for a premium tool. The "Related Alerts" widget is the worst offender for me too, it often feels like an afterthought.
