Hey everyone. Still pretty new to Umbrella and trying to figure something out.
We have a few fully remote users. I’ve noticed that sometimes when they travel or work from a new location, their roaming client doesn’t seem to pick up policy updates for hours, or even until they reboot. Our office-based clients update fine. Is this a known thing with the roaming modules? Maybe a setting we’ve missed?
Just wondering if others have run into this and how you handle it. It makes managing policies for our remote team a bit unpredictable.
