Hey folks, hit a weird snag with our Checkmarx setup this week and wondering if it's just us.

Our license server seems to be intermittently denying scans for a subset of our dev team, but there's no clear pattern. It's not tied to a specific project type or branch. One minute a scan queues fine, the next you get a "License allocation failed" error on what seems like an identical operation. We've double-checked our concurrent scan limits and we're well under the threshold. The server logs show the denial, but the reason is cryptic.

Has anyone else run into this kind of random licensing hiccup? It feels like a server-side session or token issue.

What we've tried so far:
* Restarting the Checkmarx service (temporary fix, issue returns in a few hours)
* Verifying the system clock sync on the license server
* Clearing the browser and local cache for affected users

It's throwing a wrench in our automated pipeline, where we've got Checkmarx integrated as a quality gate. Any insights or similar experiences would be a huge help!
