Has anyone quantified the performance hit of turning on all IPS blades?

We're doing a POC for Quantum Maestro and the security team wants to enable all available IPS protections right out of the gate. Their stance is "max security, always." I'm pushing for a more measured, risk-based rollout.

I know there *will* be a performance impact, but I need concrete numbers to make the case. Has anyone here actually benchmarked the throughput or latency delta with all blades enabled vs. a typical recommended profile? Real-world data from a lab or even production would be incredibly helpful.

Specifically curious about any impact on SSL inspection throughput and if certain high-volume signatures caused more trouble than others.
