Hi everyone! 👋 I'm just starting to learn about cloud security tools in my DevOps journey.
At my company, we're evaluating CloudGuard and we use ServiceNow for IT tickets. I was wondering if anyone has set up an integration where CloudGuard alerts automatically create tickets in ServiceNow? I'm looking for a beginner-friendly overview of how it works.
If you've done this, could you share:
* What the general setup steps look like?
* Any gotchas or things to watch out for?
* Maybe a simple example of the configuration or webhook setup?
