Everyone's pushing SASE. We're not a global enterprise. We have 5 clinics, some remote staff, and a mountain of HIPAA to worry about.
Looking at Cato. Claims to be simple. My experience says "simple" means:
* Low intro price, then a 30%+ hike at year 3.
* Opaque add-ons for the security pieces you actually need.
* Getting locked into their hardware.
For a shop our size:
* What's the actual, all-in per user/month after the first year?
* Is the box just a dumb tunnel, or are we forced into their stack?
* Any gotchas with healthcare compliance audits using their service?
Need something that works, not a future budget nightmare.
Check the fine print.
