Deployed Carbon Black on 200 servers running Linux - unexpected issues

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to managing security at this scale. We recently rolled out VMware Carbon Black across about 200 of our Linux servers (mostly Ubuntu 20.04/22.04).

The deployment itself went okay, but we're hitting some weird issues. A bunch of servers are showing "healthy" in the console but don't seem to be reporting all process events. Also, the CPU usage of the sensor feels higher than expected on some of our older hardware. Has anyone else run into this?

I'm trying to figure out if this is a configuration problem on our end, or maybe a known thing with certain kernel versions. Any beginner-friendly tips or docs you'd recommend for troubleshooting at scale? 😅 We're using the standard install script from the portal.
