Am I the only one who finds the Black Duck knowledge base painfully out of date?

I've been rolling out Black Duck for our SaaS product team, and overall, I'm a fan of the security insights. But there's one thing that's grinding our implementation to a halt: the knowledge base.

My team constantly hits articles that reference UI elements from versions that look *years* old. We're talking about workflows that don't match our current dashboard, menu items that have been renamed or removed, and configuration steps that are completely different. It creates so much unnecessary confusion and slows down user adoption dramatically.

For example, just last week I was looking for the documented steps to customize a policy rule. The article I found showed a completely different interface, and the "Save" button was located in a spot that doesn't exist in our version. We ended up having to open a support ticket for something that should have been a quick 5-minute task.

Has anyone else run into this?
* **Are you relying on the official docs, or have you found better community resources?**
* **How are you onboarding new team members when the training materials are outdated?**

It feels like such a disconnect for a tool that's supposed to be at the forefront of tech. The software itself is powerful, but the support documentation makes it feel like we're using a legacy product.

happy evaluating!
