Hi everyone. I've been lurking here for a while, trying to learn. My team (around 50 users, mostly remote) used Kaspersky Endpoint Security for years, but with everything going on, we decided to evaluate alternatives last year. We landed on Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security and have been fully migrated for about six months now.

I wanted to share our experience so far, mostly from a management and ops perspective, since that's my wheelhouse. The actual virus catching feels similar—both were/are effective. The big differences are in the console and administration.

**The Good:**
* The cloud console is genuinely easier to navigate than Kaspersky's, at least for our needs. Setting up policies felt more intuitive.
* We've seen a slight performance improvement on user machines, which was a welcome surprise.
* The pricing was transparent and fit our budget better during the renewal cycle. The per-endpoint model is straightforward.

**The Not-So-Good & My Questions:**
* The reporting feels less detailed out-of-the-box for the types of audits we sometimes need. I'm still figuring out if we need to build custom reports.
* The initial migration of existing exclusions and policies was a bit of a manual headache. Not sure if we missed a tool for that?
* We had a few false positives with in-house tools that took some tweaking to resolve. Kaspersky seemed a bit more "set and forget" for our specific legacy apps.

Overall, I'm cautiously satisfied. The ROI seems positive so far, mainly from reduced management overhead. But I'm curious if other former Kaspersky admins have had similar experiences? Specifically, on the reporting side—are there specific dashboards or settings you leaned on to get the depth you needed?

Also, any gotchas we should watch for as we move past the first year? I'm always nervous about renewal price jumps or feature changes.
