I'm setting up Shield Advanced for my company's main APIs. I've read the docs, but I'm still unclear on the real-world process when you need help during an attack.
Once you have the service, how do you actually engage the DDoS response team? Is it a ticket, a phone call, or something else? And what specific info do they need from you to act fast? I'm worried about missing a crucial step during a real incident.
Still learning.
